Huge progress across Scotland has already been put in place to showcase the opportunities in the energy industry to the next generation of energy professionals. Across two panel sessions we will be exploring practical solutions already in place and solutions on the horizon to secure the long-term improvement of the energy sector and how it is perceived. In the first session we will explore success stories from initiatives in Scotland which have seen hundreds of apprenticeships achieved by working with schools directly and reaching out to pupils at an early age, covering all jobs related to the industry. In the second panel we will be discussing how activities like these can be taken further to connect future generations to the industry and supply chain.
