In this panel session, we will be hearing from a wide number of distinguished speakers who will be exploring diversity in the workplace and the benefits this can bring. Raising awareness of the needs of people from all backgrounds can help solve communication issues and improve efficiencies in a team and bring a wider set of skills to your projects. We will explore all aspects of diversity from race, culture, gender and neurodivergence.
