What can we do differently? It’s not always easy to see where a pathway can take us! Sometimes its even harder to see the wood from the trees as the adage goes. Our SPE Aberdeen Section D&I Chair, Elizabeth, says "I have recently come to a cross junction myself; it wasn’t an easy decision to start out on my own. However, as we enter the later part of our career journeys where a CV just doesn’t quite encapsulate your work/life experience, I am aware that many of us find it difficult to regain steady employment".
