Chris Hudson – Business Development Manager, Integrity HSE

With over 25 years of hands-on experience across the oil and gas sector, Chris Hudson brings a deep understanding of both technical operations and safety-critical systems. My career began on the shop floor as a CNC turner with Hydril and Hunting, before progressing into hydraulic systems through roles at TESS and Hydrasun, later expanded my expertise into mechanical repairs at Eriks, further solidifying his practical engineering foundation.

For eight years, Chris played a pivotal role at Blaze Manufacturing, delivering fire and gas safety systems across the North Sea and internationally. My work supported major offshore assets with robust safety solutions, contributing to operational integrity and regulatory compliance.

Today, I serve as Business Development Manager at Integrity HSE, where i help clients enhance their QHSE performance through tailored consultancy and support services. My broad industry knowledge, combined with a passion for safety and reliability, makes me a trusted partner in driving continuous improvement across energy operations.

I have recently joined the SPE Aberdeen Energy Generational Exchange Committee as Vice Chair, where I am very excited to collaborate with the membership and help foster meaningful connections across generations in the energy sector. I look forward to contributing to the committee’s mission of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and innovation.
