Under her leadership, PCL Group has grown into an organisation recognised not only for technical excellence, but for creating inclusive career pathways within the technology sector.

Her work contributes to reducing risk, improving efficiency and supporting the industry’s transition towards Net Zero and a new era of energy.
Jeanette is a passionate advocate for STEM education and female leadership, dedicating significant time to promoting technology careers for women and young people. Her contribution has been recognised through numerous awards and industry accolades, including the award of an OBE in the 2020 New Year Honours for services to technology, business and charity.
Her commitment to developing future talent extends through public service and education.
On International Women’s Day, Jeanette Forbes is celebrated not only for her business achievements, but for her enduring commitment to empowering others — inspiring women, young people and future leaders to believe in their potential and shape the world around them.
